I’m a yoga teacher based in Bristol, here to support you in building strength, flexibility, and calm through mindful movement.
Join me for a midweek reset to shake off the day. Wednesday evenings, 18:00 – 19:00 at The Langton in Brislington, Bristol for a Vinyasa yoga flow class. We’ll move steadily flowing between poses, helping you to reduce stress, stretch and strengthen your body and then rounding off the practice with rest to help you fully relax and unwind.
All abilities are welcome as modifications are given throughout the practice. Props and mats are included.

The Langton Wellness Hub sits nestled just above The Langton pub in BS4, Brislington. A beautiful airy studio with mats and props included.
Just head through the front doors and follow the stairs up to the studio.

About Me
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years. It started as a way to help me find ease in the midst of life’s ups and downs. Over time, it’s become a steady anchor, encouraging movement, resilience and a sense of groundedness.
I’ve always enjoyed moving my body, but I often felt that movement was presented as something we do to change how we look. Yoga offered something different. The connection between the postures and breath helped me tune into how movement feels, not how it looks.
I began a regular practice at home, then gradually started attending studio sessions to expand my understanding and really embody the practice. In 2022, I went on to complete my yoga teacher training to deepen my practice and begin sharing it with others.
Yoga continues to help me meet life with more steadiness, through mindful movement, breath, and quiet moments of stillness. I hope I can share this sentiment in my classes.
